Terms and Conditions for Volunteer Registration – KSAPT 2025

1. Volunteer Consent
   By completing the registration form, the volunteer confirms their intention to participate in KSAPT 2025 on a voluntary basis with no expectation of financial compensation.

2. Attendance and Participation
   Volunteers are expected to attend the event from October 27–30, 2025, at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center (Malham) and actively participate in the assigned tasks throughout the conference.

3. Commitment and Conduct
   Volunteers must demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and dedication in carrying out their responsibilities. Adherence to assigned schedules and instructions from the organizing team is required.

4. Representation of the Event
   Volunteers serve as representatives of KSAPT 2025 and are expected to uphold a respectful and positive image of the event and its organizers at all times.

5. Confidentiality
   Volunteers agree not to disclose or misuse any sensitive or internal information they may access during or after the event.

6. Use of Photos and Recordings
   By registering, volunteers grant permission for the event organizers to use photographs and video recordings taken during their participation for promotional, media, or documentation purposes.

7. No Employment Relationship
   Volunteering at KSAPT 2025 does not constitute an employment relationship and does not entitle the volunteer to any form of salary, compensation, or future job offer.

8. Eligibility
   Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older and in good health to perform the assigned tasks.

9. Acceptance and Assignment
   The organizing committee reserves the right to accept or reject volunteer applications without providing justification. Tasks may be reassigned based on event needs and logistics.
