We at KSAPT 2024 are calling all changemakers, innovators, and passionate advocates! KSAPT 2024, under the theme Innovating PharmaTox 2024: Leading Change, is thrilled to present the Health Awareness Competition, a platform to ignite creativity and fight against the harmful grip of illegal drugs, narcotics, and new psychoactive substances (NPS).
Who can participate?
This competition is open to individuals or groups who are driven to make a difference worldwide. Whether you’re a student, artist, filmmaker, musician, healthcare professional, or simply someone with a powerful message, we invite you to join the movement!

Competition Scope:
As part of KSAPT 2024’s focus on Innovating PharmaTox, we seek entries that push the boundaries of awareness creation. Think outside the box and showcase groundbreaking approaches to tackle substance abuse. Your submission can focus on:
- Highlighting the impact of specific NPS and emerging drug trends.
- Developing unique solutions for prevention, education, and harm reduction.
- Leveraging technology and digital platforms to reach wider audiences.
- Promoting innovative recovery methods and support systems.
- Showcasing the power of art, music, storytelling, and community engagement in driving change.
Types of Acceptance Awareness materials:
We welcome diverse and revolutionary submissions! Express your creativity through:
- Short Videos (up to 3 minutes): Captivate viewers with animation, live-action, documentary, or experimental formats.
- Social Media Campaigns: Design a dynamic campaign for platforms like X, Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.
- Interactive Media Installations: Craft immersive experiences that raise awareness and spark conversation.
- Community Outreach Programs: Develop and implement grassroots initiatives that directly impact communities.
- Original Music or Spoken Word Pieces: Let your voice ring out with a powerful song, poem, or spoken word performance.
- Art Installations or Exhibits: Create thought-provoking visual art that challenges perspectives and inspires action.
How can I win?
The top three entries will be awarded prizes and recognized as champions of change! Winners will be chosen based on the following criteria:
- Innovation and Originality: Does your entry present a fresh and impactful approach to raising awareness?
- Effectiveness and Engagement: Does your submission capture attention, educate, and inspire action?
- Relevance to Theme: Does your entry align with the KSAPT 2024 theme of Innovating PharmaTox?
- Quality of Execution: Is your submission polished, well-produced, and impactful?
- Reach and Potential Impact: Does your entry have the potential to make a real difference in the fight against substance abuse?
