Submission Guidelines
Description
KSAPT proudly presents the 6th Annual
Research Poster Competition, a platform for healthcare professionals to
showcase innovative ideas that improve patient care and outcomes. Open to
physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and others, the competition promotes creativity,
collaboration, and excellence in healthcare. Submissions will be judged by
experts based on Innovation, Impact, Feasibility, and Potential for
Dissemination.
You are invited to
submit an abstract for the poster session at the 6th International Conference,
Workshops, and Exhibition on Pharmacy and Toxicology (KSAPT) 2025, held from October
20 to 23, 2025, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Submission Tracks
- Track 1: Faculty, Consultants, Scientists, and Graduate Students.
Exclusive podium presentation session for presenting authors only.
- Track 2: Undergraduate Students and Professionals. Poster presentation
session.

- Notification of Acceptance/Rejection: Monday, September 1, 2025
Language &
Content
All abstracts must be
submitted in English using the online submission form, with a maximum of
325 words (approximately 2250 characters, including spaces).
General Conditions
- Only electronic submissions via the
online form will be considered.
- Abstracts must be submitted by July 1,
2025.
- Notification of Acceptance/Rejection: September 1, 2025.
- Track 1 Accepted Abstracts: Presented as podium presentations on October
20, 2025.
- Track 2 Accepted Abstracts: Presented as poster presentations on October
21, 2025.
- Withdrawal: Abstracts can only be withdrawn in
writing within five days of acceptance notification.
- Presenter Responsibilities: Presenters must cover their own travel
and accommodation expenses.
- Registration Deadline: All presenters must register for the
conference by September 1, 2025.
- The KSAPT Scientific Board reserves the
right to exclude abstracts from the program if the presenter does not
register within five days of acceptance notification.
Presenting Author
and Registration
- Ensure the submitter’s email address
is correct for post-review communication.
- Disclosure: Authors must disclose any conflicts of
interest.
- The submitter confirms that all co-authors
approve the abstract submission, publication, and potential presentation.
- Authors must consent to the Policies of
Abstract Submission.
Contents of Your
Abstract
- Content Types: Original works, reviews, and case
reports in pharmacy practice, pharmaceutical sciences, toxicology, and
other health-related fields.
- Word Limit: Maximum 2250 characters (approx. 325
words), excluding title and author information.
- Submission Limit: No limit on the number of abstracts an
individual can submit.
- Structure:
- Background: Brief introduction to the topic.
- Aim: Clear statement of the abstract’s purpose.
- Methods: Clear description of observations or experimental subjects.
- Results: Logical presentation of results in text, tables, or
illustrations.
- Discussion/Conclusions: Highlight new and important aspects and
conclusions.
- Blinded Review: Do not include identifying features
(e.g., author names, institutions, hospitals, cities) in the title or
abstract text. Author and institution details must be entered separately
in the submission form.
- Prohibited Statements: Abstracts with phrases like “results
will be discussed” or “data will be presented” will not be accepted.
Awards
- All accepted abstracts will be published
on the KSAPT 2025 portal page.
- Abstracts and presentations (posters and
podium) will be evaluated by a panel of renowned professors selected by
the KSAPT 2025 Scientific Board.
- Top three winners in both Poster and Podium Presentation
categories will receive awards after the "Panel Discussion."
- Certificates will be awarded only to presenting authors.
